Identify Your Pain

Millions even Gazillions of $$$$ are spent on drugs, medicines and potions to deal with pain and it's effects. Now wouldn't it be something if you took the medication and the pain actually went away? Some people have been on the same or similar drugs or medications for years and still suffer with the same recurring pain, which often gets worse over time and more complicated or complex.

PAIN

It's About Health,Yours
If one of the criteria of defining health is the absence of pain then what is pain?
Pain: A physiological response to a adverse stimuli/IRRITANT, be it mechanical, chemical or emotional.
In most cases, if not all, inflammation is the key factor. The cardinal signs of inflammation are "heat", "redness" and "pain". So in attempting to identify the cause of pain consider and search for the absolute origin of inflammation. If you have a referred pain that may not be easy, but it must be so to get the response you are looking for. "IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM", "CORRECT THE CAUSE".

"Defining nutrition"

Excerpts Taken from "Clinical Nutrition", October 1995 By Howard D. Loomis, Jr. D.C. FICA

Webster dictionary: "the process of providing or receiving nourishing substances; food, nourishment, the study of nourishment and nutrition."

Stedman dictionary: "A function of living plants and animals, consisting of the taking in and assimilation through chemical changes of material (metabolism) whereby tissue is built up and energy liberated; its successive stages is known as digestion, absorption, assimilation, and excretion; in highly organized animals digestion and deglution, and excretion is affected by expiration, perspiration, urination, and defecation."

The Council on Food and Nutrition for the American Medical Association defines nutrition as:"The science of food, the nutrients and other substances therein, their action, interaction, and balance in relation to health and disease and the process by which the organism ingest, digests, absorbs, transports, utilizes and excretes food substances."

According to the Food and Drug Administration, in accordance with the Food and Cosmetic Act of 1913 and subsequent modifications, define food as anything humans normally ingest as part of the diet unless medical claims are made for it, then it is considered to be a drug.
Additionally they state that only drugs can alter the normal functioning of the human body, not foods.

So, if food substances do not require "digestion" are they "foods", or "drugs"?

If "digestion", or the digestive process is the determining factor as to rather a food substance is a "drug" then is it any wonder why the A.M.A. is lobbying to designate most nutritional supplements as prescription items?

Webster: defines a drug as, "a substance other than food, intended to affect the structure or function of the body of a man or other animal."

On this you can rely; whole natural foods are and always have been best for man. Dr.B

HEALTH: What is it? What does it mean?

Health: Absence of disease, dysfunction and pain. A healthy person not only enjoys a sense of wellbeing, but feels good, is happy, optimistic, well functioning and beautiful in body, mind, and spirit. Whole.

PRIMARY CONSIDERATIONS

1. NUTRITION: Natural, wholesome and physiologically correct for the body.
2. EXERCISE: Flexibility and Tone are signs of vibrant health.
3. WATER: H2O, the universal solvent essential in cleansing and aiding in all body processes.
4. MENTAL ATTITUDE: A good mental attitude compliments all other considerations.
5. HOMEOSTASIS: Doctors maintain that the correct relationship between the nervous system and growth, development, repair and function, constitutes Homeostasis (oneness with the environment internally and externally).

Abought "Food Combination Chart"

Basic Food Combination Chart

Here is the basic information for reduction of stress from food sources.

When applied it is the simplest principle of diet one can follow. If a person decides that they must change and are ready to commit to do the right thing, they can follow this information and benefit as well with it as they can with any other regimen.

Yes I have other diets that will outline meals like what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but you become too dependent on them, besides that can’t go on week after week. You would need a diet dictionary. Now that’s an idea! Really, you can formulate your own easily enough.

Use only whole naturally grown foods produced by your own means or store bought; it really doesn’t matter that much if your body systems are working properly.

I have found it is far more important to use proper combinations of basic wholesome foods than chasing after something found only in some remote part of the world where people live 300 years and have the sex drive of a young stallion ‘till the day they die’. Why it is that something grown somewhere else has such selling power? Maybe it’s the romance – far away places with strange sounding names or the mystery of things unknown.

Those who seem to live forever without all the evils and diseases of the Western world haven’t heard of white sugar and all the other amenities that modern cultures have devised to take the boredom out of their lives.

If you are sick and are really concerned, follow the charts faithfully. As you get well or have a terribly weak moment, one can snitch and perhaps get away with it, but remember God cannot look upon the least degree of sin and not count it. This also applies to whatsoever thing you put into your mouth. One will answer for every choice one makes – one way or another.

Avoid: White sugar, white flour, white rice, chocolate, soda pop, chips and the like as well as anything made with them SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
